Cet album regroupe des morceaux inédits de Régis Victor, composés et enregistrés entre 2002 et 2007. Jingles, exercices, reprises, hommages, parodies, chant "yahourt", ce regroupement montre bien ce qu'est l'activité musicale pour Régis Victor: une jubilation intellectuelle et esthétique, à la fois benoîte et goguenarde, distante et amusée. Chaque morceau est accompagné d'une description et des instruments utilisés pour sa production. On comprend aussi l'approche DIY, économique et inventive de Régis Victor. L'éthique rejoint l'esthétique, ou comme l'a dit Wittgenstein, c'est la même chose. On entend le bruit digital des cartes sons premier prix, on entend l'inconscience. Il est possible de tout revivre à l'identique, de stopper l'affaissement des traits, grâce aux précieux SIGNES DE TEMPS.

This album includes unpublished pieces by Régis Victor, composed and recorded between 2002 and 2007. Jingles, exercises, covers, tributes, parodies, "yoghurt" singing, this grouping clearly shows what musical activity is like for Régis Victor: an intellectual and aesthetic jubilation, both naive and mocking, distant and amused. Each piece is accompanied by a description and the instruments used for its production. We also understand Régis Victor's economic and inventive DIY approach. Ethics meets aesthetics, or as Wittgenstein said, it's the same thing. We hear the digital noise of cheap sound cards, we hear the unconsciousness. It is possible to relive everything in the same way, to stop the sagging of the features, thanks to the precious SIGNES DES TEMPS.
